NEW DEALS FOR CESC AND CLICHY
Firstly, some good news for Arsenal fans - Cesc Fabregas and Gael Clichy are set to sign new contracts at Arsenal, apparently.
We can't be bothered to repeat ourselves, so if you want details then you'll have to go this way.
ARSENAL IN FOR DIEGO
And if that didn't have you Gooners swinging from the chandeliers enough this morn, we bring you word from The Daily Mail that Arsene Wenger is casting his eye over a rather talented young fella plying his trade in Germany.
The chap in question is Brazilian trickster Diego, currently spoiling for a move from Werder Bremen.
The Mail reckons that Wenger will continue his habit of turning perfectly good centre-midfielders/playmakers into left-wingers by snapping Diego up should Alex Hleb carry out his agent's threats to do one to Italy.
UNLUCKY SPURS
Bad news Spurs fans, it seems your chairman's quest to sign up Samuel Eto'o will end in horrible, spirit-crushing failure.
And it's a double-pronged rumour attack on your hopes and dreams from the morning papers.
The Sun claims that AC Milan have snuck in with a £20million bid for the striker, trumping the rather hopeful £15million that Daniel Levy waved in front of Barcelona's noses.
However, even worse news comes in The Daily Telegraph, who claim that Eto'o has done a total u-turn and decided that he actually quite likes living in the Mediterranean sun and will stay at Barca for another season at least.
Oh well. Fun while it lasted though, eh?
END OF THE ROAD FOR SAHA
Who remembers Louis Saha? No? Well apparently he 'plays' for Manchester United.
Anyway, having spent the majority of the last two years on the treatment table, Saha now fears Fergie could lose patience with his constant crockedness and move him on.
More on that one here.
BORO IN FOR MILNER
The Gossip Column has always had something of a soft-spot for James Milner. Potentially one of the most underrated players in the Premier League in our humble opinion.
And we've therefore been very disappointed that Kevin Keegan can't find room for him in his new and shiny 4-3-3 formation.
A move away from St James' seems fairly inevitable this summer, so we were hoping that Villa would swoop in, after his rather successful loan-spell there a few seasons back.
However, the red-tops disagree. The unholy trinity of The Daily Star, The Sun and The Daily Mirror all report that Middlesbrough, not Villa who will knock on Mike Ashley's door and ask for Milner to be sent down the road.
£5million will be the fee apparently, which if you ask us is a bargain.
AND THE REST...

"Keegan can't find room for Milner because he's been injured for god knows how long. "

"Dunne would be an excellent signing for Sunderland, and you'd have to give them a chance of getting him due to the Keane and the whole Irish factor. Saha will surely now be of interest to Keane, and couldn't be seen as a bad move for him at this stage??"
